Save The Day - Had a Great Time playing for Markesan!
The Night started out a bit slow, But Later on, the place was jumpin. Somehow - Someone - Thought Save The Day was a Country Band, and advertised this event on 99.5 fm as such. We do not know how this happened, and sincerely apologize for that to anyone who came out to hear strictly Country music.
Everyone knows we mix it up!

Save The Day Welcomes Matt
| Save The Day introduces Matt. Matt is an excellent guitar player who's been involved in music for about 15 yrs. He played alto sax for 8 yrs., has done a bit of casual drumming, and has played guitar for about 4 years. Matt is (we think) another great addition to Save The Day! We look forward to working with Matt! |
Well, 2008 has passed, bringing us into 2009.
2008 was a great year for Save The Day. We met a lot of really awesome people, played a bunch of really cool shows, recorded two demo songs, and became a better, tighter band. We spent a weekend at Ezteean Studios and recorded Kryptonite - 3 Doors Down (which you are hearing on this page), and Driven Under – Seether (which can be heard on our set list page). It was a great time and we all learned a lot about the recording process.
We also got a new drummer, Who is working very well!
2009 looks to be even better. Word is spreading about Save The Day, and we are being looked at for gigs outside of our area, as well as playing at some of our favorite local spots.
We will be bring in a new bassist this year also, so we are excited about that as well!
Save The Day wishes to thank all our fans, (especially those who come to lots of shows). Thanks to our wives, girlfriends, and family’s who support this project.
